Stand Up Paddling (SUP) is low impact movement that  helps to strengthen the core, improve coordination, and build endurance. SUP offers the opportunity to learn balance and to find peace and tranquility in the very heart of your city.

 

 

 SUP  YOGA

Yoga on a paddleboard is the ultimate feeling of relaxation. Meditating with breath, moving with intention, and challenging your mind and body to adjust to paddleboard balance allows for a reconnecting and rewiring that will leave you  feeling amazing!

75min SUP Yoga $200 –  PURCHASE
