We will focus on the lung meridian, the large intestine meridian, and the kidney meridian to help you move energy and access greater health this season. The Qi of Winter is about storing energy and circulating that energy deep in our core so as to protect our health and prepare us for growth and action in the spring. It is about regeneration and the potential of things to come.
Kidney energy governs the Winter season and its element is water. When Kidney energy is balanced, we feel energized and secure. The Lung and Large Intestine meridians represent the Metal element. This element is about completions, endings, and clearing. The energy of the Lung and Large Intestine helps us to release what no longer serves us, making room for new inspiration. When balanced, we are able to release emotions like grief, sadness, and worry and move into a place of kindness and clarity. The Lung also supports immune and respiratory health, and the large intestine helps us to let go both physically and emotionally.
This workshop is designed to help you move stagnant energy and release it, creating space for inspiration and restoration.
