About The Retreat
Deepen your teaching practice from good to authentic. Find your voice and become an agent of growth and self-love, for your students and for yourself.
In our three-month co-commitment, you will get a major up-level in:
Speaking powerfully and intentionally
Holding sacred space
Sequencing effective classes
Teaching students of all levels at the same time
Giving intuitive hands-on adjustments
You commit to your course of education and I commit to offering workshops, practice classes, opportunities to assist, lots of one-on-one time and a curriculum that supports your path.
“At first when I read the mentorship handbook I skimmed through it and saw this idea of “finding my voice”. I literally rolled my eyes a bit and chuckled at the situation that I had gotten myself into. After the first session there with Jackie, it was like I drank some kool aid and after some tears that turned into laughter I walked out of the room saying….”OMG….I gotta find my voice!” Mind blown.” – Ray (Winter 2019)

I owned a busy yoga studio in Downtown Toronto with 40+ yoga teachers working there for 6 years before i co-founded SÅANA Yoga. I have been leading teacher development sessions for 8+ years and Ive been teaching full time for over 10 years and Ive taught in Montreal, Toronto, NYC and LA. Ive studied with the top teachers from many different yoga disciplines and Ive lead close to 40 retreats worldwide with groups of up to 45 people.
I am always a student first. My curiosity and passion for creativity lead the way and I can easily say ‘i don’t know’.
Yoga has completely changed my life and teaching fills me with so much joy, I love sharing what Ive learned along the way..
